Cancellations
Refunds (less a $25 processing fee per child per session) will be given only for cancellations made at least six weeks prior to a session. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations four to six weeks prior to a session. If you need to change your original dates, we can accommodate the change (less the processing fee) providing space is available. |

Confirmation Materials
Your confirmation packet will include a health history form as well as medical and liability releases for each participant. These forms must be completed and returned to us. Your camper MUST have a completed health history form to participate in the Day Camp program. |
