INDIVIDUALS BOOKING RESIDENT CAMPS:
Full payment is required to book your Adventure Camp. Campers typically book their camp months in advance, and as such, openings created by last-minute cancellations can be hard to fill. This, in turn, can disrupt the group mix for other campers. Although they are strongly discouraged, cancellations are accepted for emergencies and unavoidable situations according to the following criteria:
If written notice of cancellation is received by the park prior to 6 weeks before the first day of the camp session, then 100% of the camp fees will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs between 4-6 weeks before the first day of the camp session, then 50% of the remaining fee is refunded, OR the camper may rebook to an open session within the same calendar year, with a $25 change fee.
If cancellation occurs within the 4-week window preceding the first day of the camp session, then no refunds will be made, but the camper may reschedule to an open session within the same calendar year, with a $25 change fee. |
